By using this website you agree to these terms:
  • You will not republish information from this website;
  • You will not solicit other users except by placing an ad;
  • Content posted onto this website by you, except for private information defined in our Privacy Policy, remains the property of ZoomOglasi.com;
  • ZoomOglasi.com is not responsible for pages cached by third parties;
  • You are responsible for typos in your ad and for fixing those typos;
  • You are responsible for removing your ad immediately upon the sale of the item advertised;
  • We reserve the right to edit or delete content on this site for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, obscene, illegal, immoral, sexually explicit and political content and content promotional for competing websites;
  • More specifically, items whose sale is restricted in some way are not allowed, including alcohol, tobacco, weapons (firearms, pellet guns, crossbows but not paintball markers nor regular bows), adult-only items and items that are deemed unsafe such as baby walkers.



Further, you agree to NOT:
  • Place multiple ads for the same item;
  • Knowingly place ads into the wrong category;
  • Post the same item in such a way as to monopolize the Latest Ads list;
  • Post inappropriate, offensive or illegal content;
  • Post copyrighted content (i.e. photos) unless you have the copyright owner's permission;
  • Post links in your ad to affiliate programs;
  • Post ads in a used goods for sale category for anything except an item for sale - no exceptions;
  • Post ads if your item is not located in the local area or wanted ads if you don't reside in the local area; if your ad is not for an item, your ad must be posted on the site serving the area of your usual residence;
  • Post ads for goods you know to have been stolen;
  • Fill in the email address field with a bogus email address;
  • Answer untruthfully if prompted for 'Is this item new?' or 'Are you a commercial seller?';
  • Send a message to a seller for any reason other than expressing genuine interest in purchasing their ad or service (no profanities, no put downs);
  • Postings by minors is not allowed; minors must have their guardian post the content on their behalf and the guardian must act as the primary contact.
